I took many things away from your article to reflect on, but the top one is the affiliation we all have with racism. I think I've particularly struggled in discussions about race with those who don't see themselves as bystanders, and since they are neither peptrator nor victim, feel absolved from getting their hands dirty in activism. This was a really helpful way to see it described and I will use this to better recognize the subtle and covert ways that racism shows up in daily life, and how I'm affiliated with it.
