I agree with this statement but it would be far easier to accept and embrace this take if the bodies depicted in said ads were more representative of the reality most of us see. This reinforces the unhelpful stereotype that it’s only possible to authentically enjoy movement if your body already fits the mold of the thin ideal. We need to see other examples, not the continued centering of thin, attractive, young bodies engaging in joyful movement.
